‍Why We Joined Chainlink BUILD

Pop Social joined BUILD to maximize the benefits of security and reliability that Chainlink’s oracle infrastructure provides. As part of BUILD, Pop Social will receive key benefits, including access to and integration of services that will help supercharge new features of the product roadmap, namely:

• Verifiable Random Function (VRF) for helping generate randomized rarity factors for Pop Treasure Chests NFT collections.
• Chainlink Functions to help analyze onchain information about Web3 users and explore use cases like verifiable credential IDs and onchain user profiling.
• Cross-Chain Interoperable Protocol (CCIP) to help provide an abstraction layer that allows people to interact freely across chains without worrying about different Web3 technical infrastructure when engaging with digital assets.

In exchange for these services, Pop Social will make 3% of its native token supply available to Chainlink service providers, including stakers, over time. These mutually aligned economic incentives enable both communities to support one another.
