To get a kick-start to the year, we've got some exciting news in store for you. Besides new releases on the Pop DApp, we'll also be attending exciting events across the world to meet our Poppers in person. Soon, you'll see us at ETHDenver 2024 alongside one of our partners, Chainlink.

Defined as the world's largest BUIDL Festival, ETHDenver is a community-owned innovation festival. Founded in 2018 in Denver, Colorado, ETHDenver is best known for its BUIDLathon and Community Innovation Festivals where attendees come together to celebrate the convergence of blockchain technology, decentralization, education, community, and culture. This year, the event will be held between February 23 - March 03, 2024.

What to Expect in the Year of the SporkWhale

ETHDenver is a community-owned innovation festival. Since the genesis of SporkDAO in June of 2021, this event became the first event DAO in the world. All event proceeds are used to BUIDL value for its community and to bring to life a decentralized future. In particular, 2024 is the Year of the SporkWhale. SporkWhales are elite contributors to the SporkDAO ecosystem. They BUIDL, create, submit projects, and caper through the Bufficorn Sea.

ETHDenver is divided into three major events. Between February 23 - 28 is BUIDLWeek. Attendees can participate in live workshops, boot camps, mini-summits, technical presentations, and network parties. Following this is the main event from February 29 - March 03, Pop Social's booth will be set up and ready on March 03, and we'll be bursting with Pop merch and excitement to see our Poppers at the event!

The main event expects to connect over 20,000 SporkDAO community members to encourage idea sharing, spark creativity, and build new tech to shape the future of Web3. The final stage includes the MTN Retreat between March 04 - 07. This is a decompress phase where attendees can head to Buffi's Rocky Mountain Express for three days of skiing and more.‍

Pop Social at the Forefront of Web3 Innovation

Through our journey so far, we've made appearances at exciting Web3 events. The earliest of which takes us back to the Miami Web3 in 2022. It was truly fascinating to visit that month when multiple Web3 events were happening all across the heart of the city of the Sunshine State.

Pop Social was pleased to meet some of our earliest Poppers who came by and scored some vintage merch from our booth. Similarly, in 2023, Pop Social saw how much our community grew at Consensus 2023. Y'all could not get enough of our Consensus exclusive Pop merch!
