To get in on the Cool Capy Whitelist, you can participate in WL spot giveaway events on our official Discord and Telegram channels. For Pop DAO Founding Members and for those who hold a Popbit Genesis NFT, you will automatically hold a WL spot for Cool Cappy minting.

Cool Cappy Whitelist minting round begins December 14, 18:00 UTC for Genesis NFT holders and Whitelist winners. This round is open for 24 hours. During this time, Whitelist holders can mint up to 3 Cool Cappy per whitelisted wallet at the mint price of 0.01 ETH.

Following the Whitelist round of Cool Cappy minting, the Public minting round will commence on December 15, at 18:00 UTC, and will be open for 1 month. During this time interested parties can mint a maximum of 3 Cool Cappys per waller at a mint price of 0.015 ETH.

1. Set up your Ethereum wallet (If you don't have an ETH Wallet)

When setting up a digital wallet like MetaMask or Trust Wallet, download from their official sites, create a new wallet with a strong password, and safeguard the generated 12-word seed phrase. Enable two-factor authentication for security and verify Ethereum addresses before transactions. Your unique '0x'-prefixed wallet address is essential for sending and receiving Ethereum, acting as your wallet's account number.

2. Buy Ethereum

Choose a user-friendly exchange like Coinbase, Binance, or Kraken to buy Ethereum. Create an account, deposit funds, purchase Ethereum in the trading section, then transfer it to your wallet using the exchange's withdrawal option—done!

3. Connect Your Wallet

During the mint day. Use your ETH wallet to connect to the mint page on the Popsocial official website. Make sure you connect the site with the wallet that you submitted to the Whitelist. If you are not on the whitelist, or are not a Pop DAO Founding member, or if you do not hold a Popbit Genesis NFT, then you will not be able to proceed to the next step.

4. Mint your NFT

Once you hit the mint button, your wallet confirms Ethereum network gas fees, an expected expense for minting NFTs. The mint will last for 24 hours. You can check this website https://etherscan.io/gastracker to find a good time when the gas fee is low, but also remember to act swiftly since the whitelist is overallocated. After agreeing to the fees, confirm the transaction to get your Cool Cappy Pop NFT. Voila! The NFT will show up in your wallet shortly.
